Requirements:
* 3-5 Years Customer Service experience in a sheetfed commercial printing environment.
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be able to multi-task and see each task successfully completed
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with a genuine concern for the customer
* PC proficient in all Microsoft Office Products with good keyboarding skills
* Knowledge of EFI/PSI software a plus
